About Me
I'm attending IUI full-time this fall after transferring from Ball State University. I worked a bit after high school as I was unsure what I wanted to do after graduation, but after beginning to work for the public library, I found where my passions were. I'm pursuing my undergrad in Media Arts & Science (Video Production & Sound Design), and in my junior year, I plan to apply for the accelerated Master's program in Library & Information Science. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, drawing (traditional and digital), and collecting Pokémon cards. I have been married to my husband for four years. We have two cats named Ham and Tia.
My Sustainable Development Goal
The SDG I have chosen for my portfolio is Gender Equality. I have chosen this SDG because, while I am a man, I have seen many women in my life struggle due to misogyny and I want to not only learn more about their struggles, but also use my work to shine a light on how they still face discrimination, harrassment, etc simply for their gender.
